UPRT ADVANCED training

The objective of the course is for the pilot under training:

– to understand how to cope with the physiological and psychological aspects of dynamic upsets in aeroplanes and

– to develop the necessary competence and resilience to be able to apply appropriate recovery techniques during upsets.

Entry requirements for candidates:

  • holding at least PPL(A) licence and
  • valid medical certificate – appropriate to license held.

Training dates:

Organization of theoretical and practical training in our ATO is possible at any time, 365 days a year.

Theoretical training:

Theoretical training consists of 5 hours of lectures at our airport. Theoretical training is usually organized directly before the start of practical training. Lectures are focused on causes and factors of aeroplane upsets, aerodynamics issues, human factor aspects and upsets prevention and recovery techniques.

Practical training:

We offer the practice training mixed on two types of aircraft: Cessna 152 and an aerobatic American Champion 8KCAB Decathlon. During the training we practice recovery techniques from spiral dive, stall events and incipient spin.

NOTE:
1) Our UPRT package has been prepared based on the new EASA requirements for UPRT advanced training (minimum 3 hours of the training in the UPRT zone) and includes:

  • theoretical training,
  • 2 FH on C152,
  • 1,5 FH on Decathlon 8KCAB,

2) In case of the training for professional aviation actions: UPRT is VAT-free.
3) We do not charge any additional fees for take-offs and landings at our airport. In case the specified flight time in the package is exceeded or candidate chooses another aircraft for training (there is such possibility), settlement will be count based on actual practical training rates.
